Grandparents Day/Postal Worker's Day/Father's Day (Australia)/Working Mother's Day
2008-09-07 @ 11:07 p.m.

Am on a DVD-burning spree again! I thought worship went well today, although I hadn't realised that Where The Love Lasts Forever spanned such an extreme vocal range. Might have to reconsider my plan to use it for next week's service, even if it is a beautiful song, especially the version on Hillsong United's The I Heart Revolution: With Hearts As One. I was thinking about the kind of vocal range you'd need to sing this song, and I realised that another of Joel Houston's songs, From The Inside Out, poses a similar problem. Then there's Chris Tomlin, who always sings in a key that is quite beyond the range of the average person. Am reading the last book that I have of The Dresden Files series. Will have to order the most recent books online, I guess, since I don't think I'll be headed back to Kinokuniya in Suria KLCC anytime soon...
