Went to Maju Camp to do my IPPT with the MOE guys. They all passed (and more); I, of course, failed. Still, I accomplished what I set out to do, which was to clock an attempt before getting my Exit Permit. Now I just need to wait for the system to register the fact that I've attempted my IPPT and I can settle the Exit Permit. MOE has finally credited the money to me! Strangely though, seeing the numbers in my account didn't send me into ecstasy. I've already decided that as far as possible, I'm going to try to restrict my spending in the last few weeks before I fly to the money that was already in the account to begin with, which is itself not a sum to be sniffed at, considering all I'm going to be doing is a little shopping and hanging out with friends. Oh well. Will begin to take better control of my finances, now that I actually have something to take control of...
