Lazy Day/St. Lawrence Feast Day/Admission Day (Missouri)
2008-08-10 @ 9:01 p.m.

I recently finished reading Forensics And Fiction by D.P. Lyle. It was quite a fascinating read, helping to make sense of crime scenes and other related stuff. Now I know where to go if I'm ever writing crime fiction. Haha! Worship today went really well, so I was happy about that. Randomly, I think the version of Did You Feel The Mountains Tremble? that Matt Redman contributed to The Road To OneDay is pretty awesome. I'm now messing around with Microsoft WorldWide Telescope, which I successfully installed on my laptop. Yes, I have a vague interest in astronomy too. Next thing will be to install something fractal-related. I was thinking of Fractint, but that runs on MS-DOS and I don't really like its interface. Xaos is a possible alternative, but if I recall correctly, the variety of fractals in that software wasn't very great. Oh well. Guess I'll just have to search around...
