Okay. So the students today were sort of wild. Reminds me of the very first training I facilitated for. Dealing with students like these is something I have never been able to figure out, but I'd better start soon, since I'll definitely encounter them as a teacher in future. Hopefully, Friday's training will go better. Started reading This Is Not A Book by Michael Picard on the way to the school, which is essentially philosophy in bite-sized portions. I have a minor interest in philosophy, although I personally think, as I told Shirley, that philosophers must be among the most intelligent yet tortured people on the planet. Hard to imagine that there was a point in time when I actually considered majoring in Philosophy in NUS FASS...
