Planning birthday stuff is a bit of a hassle when you have many different groups of friends whose paths don't cross. I have vague ideas of what I want to do, but to fully realise them would probably cost far more than my parents would agree to me spending, even for a 21st birthday. Oh well. Finished reading Peculiar Chris last night, and started on To Know Where I'm Coming From this morning. Can safely say that I prefer the latter, although the former was good in its own way. Was trying to read some of Tomas Tranströmer's poetry in the car just now, while waiting to pick Natalie up from tuition, but my dad was blasting BBC and it was awfully distracting. Think I'll go to library@esplanade tomorrow before meeting Widya and the rest for dinner in Suntec...
