Buddha Day (Japan)/Hana Matsuri
2008-04-08 @ 8:24 p.m.

Have been reading a bit of Wisława Szymborska's work today, so I did manage to get some reading done. I like her work actually, find it pretty accessible compared to some of the other stuff I've read recently. I am debating with myself whether to get my hair cut tomorrow. Yes, again, I know. The thing is, I haven't quite got the patience required to let my hair grow out really long so that I can maybe try something different with it, because fundamentally, I like my hair on the tidy side. I'd rather have a short crop and do away with the whole applying wax/clay business than a messy mop. So yeah, which is why I have a bit of a love-hate thing going on with hair. I swear what I need is a personal stylist, seriously. Need to pick up Lucky 7 tickets by Friday. Maybe I'll do it before meeting Bernard? I guess I'll do it before then if I finish any of my library books, in which case I'll just head to the Esplanade and see if I can grab the scripts for some plays to read.
