Trumpet Praise has the latest albums by Jared Anderson and Phil Wickham, who have officially joined my list of favourite Christian music. Didn't buy anything though, because my parents called and said they were done at NTUC before I got a chance to find out if that outlet carried their earlier albums, which I also want. Have all of them in my iPod anyway, but I don't mind buying CDs of music that I really like, especially since I have a little bit of spare cash at the moment, and anticipate that I will be getting more when my birthday comes around. The sanctuary was way too cold today, at least around where I was sitting. I was in long sleeves and I was still freezing! Having a practice before the day of the service itself kind of helps. Not that I can't manage with just one, but having two practices allows the whole team more time to figure stuff out and do fancy arrangements to jazz things up. I still think it was quite funny how Myrtle somewhow segued into the introduction for Unto You in the wrong key, but I just calmly followed and sang in it anyway, although it was definitely very obvious and weird for a bit. Haha...
