Hug A GI Day/Tavern Day
2008-03-04 @ 3:42 p.m.

Was damn pissed off with my dad last night, and Bernard just happened to be online, so I bitched to him. Felt much better after that, and I'm pretty much over the whole incident, although I still ignored my dad this morning. I really, really think that going to the UK will be a good thing, especially if it makes me miss my family and home, which seems to be the general effect on those of my friends who are overseas. I will be sure to write about what (mixed) feelings I might have in just over half a year. (I still don't know if I want to spend this Christmas at home or abroad.) I'm now downloading Phil Wickham songs because I haven't seen his CDs anywhere before. Or maybe I just wasn't looking for them. Will try the next time I pass by Trumpet Praise! Have got all three of his albums in my iPod now, and I must say he's one of my better Christian music discoveries. Am now trying to get some Matthew West and Shawn McDonald songs to hear what they're like...
