Chocolate Day/Abraham Lincoln's Birthday
2008-02-12 @ 7:58 p.m.

Spent today looking for music by Building 249, Desperation Band and Jeremy Riddle. I don't really like Building 249, whose sound is far too heavy for my taste. The only song of theirs I like so far is the alternate mix of Glory Defined, which is more radio-friendly. Jeremy Riddle's okay. I really like Desperation Band though! I also found the new Passion Worship Band album, God Of This City, whose title track is another awesome song from Chris Tomlin. I also like Charlie Hall's Walk The World, which is a cool song, but you'll never hear my church singing it though. Nevertheless, as Shirley said, it's ultimately not about what we sing, but who we're worshipping. Tweaked my list of songs for this Sunday. I'm going to see how I feel about it tomorrow before sending the chords out to my musicians.
