Republic Day (India)/Australia Day/Bald Eagle Day (Illinois)/Peanut Brittle Day
2008-01-26 @ 11:55 p.m.

Went to the Quek twins' birthday party, where we watched the repeat telecast of the Sharapova-Ivanovic match. Had to leave early for the meet-the-parents SYC session in church, but I got there nearly an hour late anyway. Have to upload the pictures to Facebook when I'm free. I hope Sarah doesn't destroy my camera while looking at abandoned aeroplanes with Moses. Went to play pool, and Gerald was teaching me how to aim and stuff. Haha! I think I'm quite a bad student. Right now I'm quite annoyed that my Delerium MP3s aren't playing properly on my iPod. I can't figure out what causes the problem. Was initially going to run all the tracks through Switch, but that somehow causes the ID3 tags to be uneditable, which is really dumb. I think iTunes just sucks basically, but I can't be bothered to find alternatives. Anyway, I decided to try loading the original files I got from the torrent into my iPod, without first editing any of the song information in iTunes. That worked, so I just used SharePod to copy the files back into my computer. So in short, I have no idea what went wrong, but it definitely has something to do with the ID3 tags. I think I should get a portable hard drive soon to store my songs, so that I won't have to reorganise them all over again when I get to the UK. So now it's close to 3 am, and thanks very much, Apple, for depriving me of my sleep.
