Took care of most of my Christmas shopping in the food section of Marks & Spencer. Love that place! Am going to get pencils from BooksActually for the rest of the people I'm buying presents for, which Shirley is helpfully going to get for me when she goes there tomorrow. Merci beaucoup! Finally started on my essay. Once again, I know the conclusion. Seriously, I really doubt schizophrenia can be treated without the use of pharmacotherapy. Someone in my class is writing an essay on hope as the most effective treatment. Either she is misguidedly deluding herself, or she has very bizarre notions of what constitutes treatment. I would love to read her essay though. I think even the lecturer was a bit perplexed when she asked if she could adopt this argument in her essay. Got to read the chapter on schizophrenia in my textbook tomorrow! Maybe after my bit during the rehearsal, if I can find somewhere to sit down.
