So after an attempt to portray myself as someone with more depth than my blog actually reveals, what did I do today? Nothing, aside from downloading (legally) Sergey Lazarev and Smash!! songs. I also found the song I was missing from the Hook It Up album. I'm now online, waiting for Serene to come online because she said she can send me some Christian songs. Rethought my song choices for worship, and I've ended up with a list of 11 songs, which is pretty ambitious, even for my normally very efficient practice sessions. Still waiting for musicians to get back to me on whether they can make it (because I'm lazy to call and I'd rather keep sending SMSes until people choose to reply). Think I'll run tomorrow, for the last time hopefully. I don't intend to run in the days leading up to ORD. Oh, which kind of reminds me, I have to do that stupid online thing at the NS portal and print the record out. This weekend, I guess? Have to start on my essays soon. Tried to start reviewing the students' CCA testimonials yesterday, but I couldn't even make it through the first guy's. Sigh. I need motivation, and a laptop, so that I can sit in chic places like tcc and work. Audrey's singing in her room at the moment, and I've just realised that she's not bad. Not astoundingly terrific (well, neither am I, I suppose, not while there are still opera singers alive), but quite decent. Just one of those random things. I think I shall take a shower while waiting for Serene to appear online...
