World Peace Day/Homemade Bread Day/Moms And Dads Day/Take A Hike Day/Coping With Uncertainty Day/Lung Cancer Awareness Day/Survivors Of Suicide Day
2007-11-17 @ 3:41 p.m.

I'm sitting in tcc, beside the Singapore River, watching the tourists go by in boats. I feel tempted to join them. Am also trying to think of more submissions for the Renaissance project, but I've hit a mental block, partly because I'm still brooding about guard duty next Saturday. Going down to Brewerkz later for dinner, and Eugene tells me it's going to be really expensive. Surprised that Dan picked it actually. Was thinking of going to the National Library, or maybe even library@esplanade, but Eugene's right, there's no point making the extra journey. Besides, I can handle being by myself for a few hours. I don't really relish it, having become more of a social creature since my enlistment, but I still remember what it's like to want to be alone.
