Eid ul-Fitr/Hari Raya/Train Your Brain Day/U.S. Navy Day/Autumn Festival (New York)
2007-10-13 @ 11:39 p.m.

Went to Tim's late, but I was like one of the earliest to arrive in the end. The Wii is quite fun, although sometimes people can look really stupid when they're playing the games. I shall not mention names! Played mahjong too, and won quite a few times. Haha! Tagged along while the girls went shopping. They didn't actually buy anything in the end by the way. I've decided that I won't be making any major clothing purchases until I start working part-time because the stuff I want is simply beyond my reach at the moment. I was mentally calculating how much I'd have spent if I had unlimited spending power. A casual saunter through Takashimaya ran up a bill of $500, a sizeable portion coming from Kinokuniya and various brands in Isetan. Mind you, this was just a rough guesstimate. If I was seriously shopping, it'd probably be at least double the amount. I've already decided where I'm going to spend my future paychecks - Takashimaya, Paragon, VivoCity. That's just for a start. It's nice to have dreams...
