Swim A Lap Day/Flying Saucer Day/Feast Of John The Baptist/America's Kids Day

Ever sung a song and had someone tell you they were moved to tears? Times like these I count myself blessed. Anyone can sing, but not everyone can sing well. So if you can, it's a gift. I just knew during practice that the song (I Will Sing) would minister to people. It's one of my personal favourites, and also one of those songs that happens to suit my vocal range perfectly. When I was standing there, singing the first verse solo with the keyboard accompanying, I believed. It happens every time I sing this song! Every word of the song just feels so real, because really, it's music that's always brought me through the toughest times in my life, especially songs like this. So if you heard me this afternoon, I just pray that you, too, can find the strength to continue singing to God no matter what!
