I love Hors De Prix! That's Priceless for those of you who aren't lucky enough to speak French, and you should all go and watch the show because Audrey Tautou is absolutely brilliant in it. Yet another example of foreign language films being way superior to most of the stuff coming out of Hollywood. The glitz of the film's really seductive, and it kind of makes you wonder what it'd be like to live that kind of lifestyle, as someone's partner-for-hire. (On a side note, I took 190 down from camp, and I passed by loads of places that I wouldn't mind living in. I won't betray principle for money, but it's a tough call all the same.) Stopped by Gelatissimo after the show, and note to self, next time stick to sorbets. I had a triple scoop: apple pie, apple sorbet, cinnamon doughnut. Sugar overload! (Does gelato even have sugar?) Fairly ordinary stuff, even the apple sorbet. Maybe tiramisu instead the next time? It was so great to be hanging out with friends again. It feels like it's been really long since I've hung out with anyone from RJC other than Eugene (who doesn't really count because I'm always bitching to him via SMS anyway). Can't wait for the play on Saturday! It'll be just like old times again...
