Our lecturer very helpfully outlined essay plans for the two questions we can choose between for AP102. Think I'll do the question on emotion. It seems easier to just rattle on about general theories and stuff, as opposed to the other question, which is quite specific because it's dealing with acquisition of language and speech. I'm lazy. I have 1500 words for each essay, and I haven't started. It's a little early to be worrying, but I also haven't got the recommended textbook yet, so yeah, I'm a little bit paranoid. The biggest reason for said paranoia is the need to prove to my dad that I'm serious about the whole diploma thing. (Like I would make him fork out $6000 and sacrifice six hours of my life each week for a whim!) So I need to freaking ace the course, which really shouldn't be that hard if I'm even half as smart as I make myself out to be. You know I know I can do this. Haha...
