Didn't take IPPT today because I was helping my CSM with stuff in the morning, which means I get to take it next week when our branch is conducting it, thereby significantly improving my chances of passing. My boss is apparently mad that I haven't finished all the lesson plans yet, but since he hasn't come looking for me, I'll assume he can still be fobbed off for a while more. Actually, there isn't any necessity to alter the lesson plans in any way that matters. Nobody bothers to read the damn things! They just assume that it's ok, since the lessons were taught this way, are taught this way, will be taught this way. So maybe I should just give up and tweak only the administrative components of the lesson plans? I might if he starts breathing down my neck to get them done. Then if he complains I'll just say I'll change whatever it is he's not happy with. That ought to work. I really can't be bothered anymore...
