Cheeseball Day/Tax Day/Nosy Neighbor Appreciation Day
2007-04-17 @ 8:50 p.m.

Being a road marshal for HLS is one of the stupidest jobs you can possibly get in my camp. Honestly, I think most decent people have enough common sense to avoid causing accidents, whether they're behind the wheel or just locomoting by foot. So I really don't appreciate some officer coming up to me and telling me to pay attention and direct traffice when there's actually not even a moving vehicle in sight and I'm not even supposed to be the marshal for his IPPT test. Some people are so asinine. Well, at least for putting up with idiots like him I got to skip HLS today. Then the specialist summary exercise is overnight, so participating in Friday's HLS is out of the question too. I haven't run for nearly two weeks, I think. That rocks, but too bad it won't last. As soon as the lull period comes around, we'll be running every Tuesday and Friday. Unless I pass my IPPT by then, which means I get to slack off because there'll be people in worse shape than me in the store for sure.
