Cheese Fondue Day/Civil Rights Day/Azalea Festival (North Carolina)
2007-04-11 @ 7:39 p.m.

We were supposed to go back early today, or rather the rest were. Me and three others couldn't because we had to take a lesson in the afternoon. Anyway, due to a series of unfortunate events, we ended up being blamed for something we may not even have done, and had to fix the problem, which ultimately seemed like just a convenient excuse for the QM side to make us repaint some of their old tables and benches. Nobody went home early in the end except for Wilson, Yong Hui, and Mr "I Want To Sign On" Dileep. So what's going to happen tomorrow is that we're all going to leave in the afternoon, and they can conduct the test for the trainees by themselves because we don't really care what happens. Not caring makes things a lot easier. The trick is not to worry about the consequences, behaving as if these are beneath your consideration in the first place. I don't do it very well, unless I'm really annoyed, which when it concerns the three of them, is probably most of the time anyway. Just need to get through guard duty on Friday...
