Easter/Orthodox Easter/Buddha Day (Japan)/Merrie Monarch Festival (Hawaii)

It might sound weird, but it's actually a compliment when someone tells you that your singing sounds like it was actually a recording being played. So I was telling Eugene about how I wouldn't mind a career in the music industry, and he helpfully informed me that if one stays a total of five years in the UK, one is entitled to apply for citizenship. That's three years of university plus a two-year recording contract. It's quite a tempting Plan B! I listen to some of the music I have on my iPod, and I think to myself, I could do that, and they wouldn't even have to alter my voice. This is the payoff for years spent imitating pop singers and bands! If this whole Plan B actually worked out, it'd be totally awesome and my life would be totally changed. Haha...
