Service today was okay. I'm more an Easter Sunday than Good Friday person, if you catch my drift. Since it was Good Friday, I wore a shirt to church today. Didn't walk into my parent's room before I left the house, so I didn't see myself in the full-length mirror. Then while practising in the kindergarten's music room before the service, I saw myself in the mirror and I swear that the first thing I thought was, Damn, I look good. Yeah, narcissism strikes again. I think I should start wearing shirts more often. Haha! As well as buy new footwear. I have only two pairs of shoes that I wear when I go out, both from New Balance. One pair is perpetually dirty because I wear it when I run in camp. The other pair's also rather old. You know, I actually entertained thoughts of buying Havaianas or Birkenstocks because I realised that I don't have anything that will look remotely decent on my feet in Sentosa tomorrow. Unfortunately, am too poor to buy anything at the moment. Sigh...
