Forgot to mention that I did in fact register for the diploma yesterday morning. Yeah, so I finally met the guy who's been nothing more than a voice over my handphone or words on a screen for the past few weeks. He seemed nice enough. Randomly, I noticed he had dry skin. Like his fingers and lips were slightly cracked. Again randomly, I liked his jacket. I need to buy one to inject some variety into my wardrobe, which is currently pitiful. My idea of smart casual consists of pairing a blazer over a printed tee with jeans. Not quite a sartorial disaster, but still very limited options. I think the tee I wore yesterday is really funny though! The design's an alarm clock, with "Hit the Snooze Button" above and "Keep the Dream Alive" below. Worship today was cool, because the guest preacher complimented me and my entire team. I'm not very good at accepting compliments though, so I just smiled somewhat sheepishly. Well, it's still good to know that someone who's practically a stranger thinks that you're, well, good! Seems more believable somehow. Kind of like how Mr Purvis stopped me in the middle of the foyer in J1 to tell me my essay was good. I think that was one of the best moments in my JC life. Too bad I never quite lived up to that early promise. I'll try harder in university! Haha...
