Republic Day (India)/Fun At Work Day/Australia Day/Snow Goose Festival (California)/Polar Bear Festival (Nebraska)/Winter Carnival (Minnesota)

I'm still kind of tired after the summary exercise. I've decided that hinting and prompting while conducting tests for trainees is a waste of time. Most of the time, people don't get it, and you're better off just getting them to skip the question. It's not like they'll fail. (We won't let them because it means extra work for us!) Thankfully, we finished early today. It being Friday, there's great motivation to end early because it means we get to go home on time. I'm going to watch Hossan Leong's new stand-up comedy next week. Will probably catch the afternoon performance, since we can get better tickets for that. Plus the performance is at the Drama Centre in the National Library, so hanging around that area at night isn't as exciting as say, hanging around Clarke Quay, so there's really no need to insist on the evening show.
