Celebration Of Life Day/Come In From The Cold Day
2007-01-22 @ 10:00 p.m.

I've probably already mentioned it before, but the mentality in this place is so damn rigid. Well, at least there's still hope for the entertainment industry, because lots of people here are brilliant actors. Maybe 'actors' is the wrong word, since most of them seem to fall into 'types', rather than exist as real people. We create roles for ourselves and spend our lives playing them out like we're characters in a predictable script. That's why I find transactional analysis so intriguing. I admit I'm just as guilty. Anyway, we finished earlier than expected because the platoon had another lesson at night. Thank God for that! As it is, we're already going for an insane 27-hour summary exercise with them. Training programmes are just getting more and more bizarre. Like what the heck was whoever planned all this thinking?
