Ditch Your New Year's Resolution Day/St. Anthony's Day/Ben Franklin Day/Golf Day
2007-01-17 @ 8:22 p.m.

Am thinking of going to bed early tonight because I've been feeling insanely tired since Monday. Like I was telling Shaun, it's a good thing I'm taking Friday off. Otherwise, I have no idea how I'm going to stay awake in camp after ATP tomorrow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't end too late, though there's not much chance of that happening. Was reading a book by Eric Berne in the e-Plaza today about transactional analysis. It's really interesting. Basically, it postulates that we all consist of three ego states: Parent, Adult, Child. How we deal with each other socially can be explained in terms of the interactions of different ego states. With over 6000 possible combinations within the theory's framework, that leaves plenty of room for just about any sort of behaviour under the sun. If I hadn't already decided on my course, I'd probably pick something related to this. It's quite fascinating, explaining why people behave the way they do. Don't you think so?
