Nothing Day/Appreciate A Dragon Day

My new 2IC signed my off form without asking any questions, unlike my CSM, who refused to sign it unless I specified why I was taking off. How does "I don't want to book out late on Thursday and book in early on Friday too!" sound? It's the truth anyway. I figure ATP will end pretty late, so there's really no point in my reaching home close to midnight and then waking up less than five hours later to report back to camp, whether it be for HLS or to help with the IKC2 re-profiling. Today, the most useless specialist in the office told us that we have to clear all our off before Chinese New Year. Claimed it was some directive and he got really pissed when we questioned him about it. Said he would go find it and show it to us, but I think he wasn't in camp today, so we haven't seen anything yet. In any case, if I'm forced to clear my off, I'll just apply for the first two Fridays of February. That way, I'll skip the re-profiling another two times! It was a stroke of genius last year for me to take down all the re-profiling dates. Makes planning my off and leave easier. Haha...
