Left Huimin's place late, so I was late meeting my friends in Holland Village. Was playing mahjong, but the game was moving slowly most of the time because some people don't know how to play. Haha! Felt kind of guilty because I was the last to arrive, especially when everyone started calling me, and also because I'd originally said I'd meet Liling to bring her to Settler's Café. Tried Cranium today, which was new to me. It's a bit like Charades, Pictionary, and Trivia Pursuit all rolled into one, with a little something extra thrown in for good measure. Quite fun actually. Then we played Taboo, which was freaking hilarious! Now I know that some people have no idea which state Miami is in, as well as what the southernmost state of the USA is. (The answer to both happens to be Florida, in case you didn't know either!) The girls had to leave early, so us guys stayed a while more and played Guillotine. Since it was still pretty early at this point, we figured we'd hang around Holland Village for a bit. Nobody particularly wanted to go for drinks, so we ended up in Geláre. Among the random snatches of our conversation, this one's got to be the most bizarre: We were commenting generally on how we were all putting on weight. I remarked that liposuction's quite cheap these days, to which Ka Tsai replied that we should go for it, like some sort of guys' outing. So randomly weird!
