Fixed up the new CD player and speakers in my room. The only catch is that I can't play the stuff on my iPod through the speakers because the songs won't be organised properly, so it'll play somewhat randomly. That's okay if you're not picky, but me, I'm very anal about song order. Finished reading The Black Book in camp, and I'm not too confused about what went on in the book. Meditations on identity don't make for very easy reading though, that much I can tell you. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but Pamuk is so serious and intellectual, even when he's being witty. Now I'm counting down to my long stretch of leave! Just need to get past Sunday's guard duty...
