Guy Fawkes Day/Doughnut Day/Full Moon Day/Guru Nanak's Birthday/Hug-A-Bear Sunday
2006-11-05 @ 11:11 p.m.

Just finished watching The Skeleton Key. Freaky show, but I loved the twist at the end, even though it was a bit rushed. I finally caved and decided that being cool was more important than supporting Sim Wong Hoo. (My sisters were smarter and made the switch earlier.) So I now own the U2 iPod, even though I don't even listen to U2. It just happened to be the only 30 GB model that the Harvey Norman at Centrepoint had. The rest were either 2 GB or 80 GB models, the former being too puny for my needs and the latter being blatantly excessive. So now my iPod has the signatures of all four U2 members engraved on the back. Ben Woon thinks I'm weird for buying it when I don't even like U2, Eugene says at least its potential resale value will be higher, Ka Tsai just thinks I should burn in hell for being a consumerist slug. I'm just happy that all my music needs are now taken care of! Now I feel like I ought to grab some U2 MP3s, just for fun. Hey, I might even turn out to like the music...
