Boss's Day/Dictionary Day/Oatmeal Day
2006-10-16 @ 8:48 p.m.

Last few days of freedom in camp! If my friends weren't coming back too, I'd have hoped for the aeroplane carrying that bastard to crash. That's how much I dislike him. He could have a stroke though, that'd be neat and tidy. Went to renew my library books and borrowed a couple more, including Ted Hughes's Birthday Letters. Moon couldn't meet me to cancel my PruSave policy at the last minute. I have a feeling she's stalling until the "free look" period passes. I'm very cynical about this sort of thing. Wanted to buy the new Neutrogena products that are on offer at NTUC right now, but I got kind of turned off by the promoter. She kept trying to recommend me stuff, and I'm too nice to brush people off. (Just to demonstrate how nice I am, I'm the kind of person who'll wait for an approaching car to pass before pressing the button at pedestrian crossings. Beat that.) Tried to settle stuff for main service worship, with limited success. I've been working on a new poem since Saturday, which I'm thinking of entering in the NUS Creative Writing Competition 2006/2007. I have the feeling that I'm being deliberately provocative in my writing though, so I guess that's a weakness. I'm falling sick...
