Send A Smile Day/Biscuit Day/Sukkot/Chinese Moon Festival/Moon Festival (Taiwan)/Full Moon Day/Soap Opera Day/German-American Day/Physician Assistant Day

Was at the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration jointly organised by our church and the neighbourhood RC. Didn't do much actually, so I guess I could have made an absence instead of an appearance. Had some pictures taken because Shirley was going around with a camera, but other than that and being a "Citizen on Patrol" for all of 15 minutes, I mostly spent the night walking around aimlessly and watching the movie being screened. It was something starring Chen Li Ping as a perfect teacher, who unfortunately is also stricken with a brain tumour. Where have I seen that plot before? Yet another one of those movies that inspire while you're watching it, but cower somewhat under the brutal gaze of reality. I start clocking mileage in preparation for Exercise Wallaby next Wednesday. IPPT's on next Thursday, and I'm wondering what are the odds of passing...
