50 First Dates is such a sweet show! (Yeah, I'm very slow when it comes to movies. Not too bad though, since this one's from 2004!) Can you imagine having to make the person you love fall in love with you, day after day after day? Now that's dedication for you. Excursion to Singapore Discovery Centre was a bore. I was kind of looking forward to it, unlike most of my colleagues, if only because I haven't been to this place since primary school, when I lost my wallet at the iWerks theatre. Anyway, the most amazing thing was seeing Ben Woon's name in the high scores of some sonar game. Of course it helped that he'd put down his school as "A01A", which was a dead giveaway. That little incident of finding his name there and seeing the "A01A" next to it was a nostalgic moment, if you can believe it. I suppose lots of people really bond during their full-time NS and ICTs thereafter, but I can't see it happening for me. Really. Hanging out again with the Humanities people last night really brought them home to me. Damn it, I miss my JC days.
