Blackmail Day/Mustard Day
2006-08-05 @ 10:32 p.m.

Jamming today started late, which was a bit unfortunate for me, since I took a cab to church because I thought I was going to be very late. I've learnt that Chris Tomlin songs are pitched just slightly above what's comfortable for most people to sing. I like the song we jammed though. It has a very groovy bass line. Maybe I'll use it the next time I lead YE worship? Then I had to go for Lai Mui's vocal workshop. Ironically, I got there late, even though I was the first person to be in church. Went out to grab a bite with Gerald and Tim. Went back to a lesson that didn't teach me much that I didn't already know. Whined to my mum about that again. I appreciate the effort she's putting into the sessions, but it's really not suitable for someone with my background! I need to learn to start saying no to people who ask me to do things I don't want to do...
