Connectivity exercise was boring. The specialists don't seem to have learnt a lot from Friday. They still make the same silly mistakes! There isn't a lot to teach during the connectivity exercise, and it really should just be combined into a single exercise with the setting up drill. This penchant for repetition is rather tiresome, not to mention somewhat inefficient. Am being trained to take over the most important detachment, so that's a bit of a challenge for me. Still, it's all coming back a lot more easily than I thought it would. I can operate most of the equipment, and what I don't know, I've managed to pick up fairly quickly, so thank God for that. Now if only the rest of my two years' service would hurry up and get itself over with...
