St. Pantaleone's Day/Potato Festival (Michigan)

First session of the lay reader's course, and I'm already starting to wonder what I've got myself into. I was one of the youngest people in the room. I actually heard someone commenting about how such young people were already being sent for this course. It didn't sound too complimentary, but it didn't exactly sound disapproving either. Not that I really care about what other people think, not in this case. Saw Mr David Court, whom I last encountered as a Biology teacher (not mine) in RI. Now that was a surprise! Set up a whole bunch of tentages today, which left me with a sense of achievement. Very rare thing these days...
