Butterfly Day/Juneteenth/World Sauntering Day
2006-06-19 @ 10:27 p.m.

I guess it's the inconsistency between what people say and what they do that bothers me. I dislike hypocrisy, even though I'm guilty of it at times. Wrote a stupid song today because I was bored during parking practice. I'm supposed to show it to Mel for her amusement. Eugene, on the other hand, fails to see any possibility for humour in the whole songwriting endeavour. I think it's actually not too bad, by which I mean naturally that the lyrics could have easily been from some cheesy radio-friendly song. Also started on the poem for my class, which is coming along reasonably well. So what if it's bound to end up being sentimental and everything that Mr Purvis railed against during our two years with him?
