Red Rose Festival/Full Moon Day/King Kamehameha Day (Hawaii)
2006-06-11 @ 7:13 p.m.

The Lake House is only coming out in July. I wonder if there'll be a novelisation? Finished Mr Rinyo-Clacton's Offer, feeling that the story of Jonathan, Serafina and Mr Rinyo-Clacton had been cut short just when it was about to get really interesting. Am now reading Kundera's Immortality, after seeing Jonah reading it while waiting for the bus at Kaki Bukit Camp. He says the middle part's boring, but it's otherwise good. I'm avoiding A Laodicean until I get back to the more congenial atmosphere of Stagmont Camp, in general, and SI, in particular. I'm worried about getting pulled out from training to attend to various matters pertaining to my scholarship offer. I hope I won't end up staying back too often for remedial training. Ideally, I'd just OOC, but that'd be wasting money, so I doubt it's going to happen. We seldom get everything that we want in life, so we must make do with what we do get in order to stay happy and sane.
