Mother's Day/Motorcycle Riders Day/Stars And Stripes Forever Day/Dance Like A Chicken Day/Crazy Day
2006-05-14 @ 9:27 p.m.

Am now reading Calvino's Invisible Cities, which was one of the books that really grabbed my imagination in my younger days. The only other writer who has succeeded in doing that in recent memory is Borges. Anyway, I really enjoyed today's sharing by Mrs Mary McSparron. The topic was one I could identify with, especially since I think I've been worrying too much about the future lately, consciously and subconsciously. Worrying about my next posting, worrying about my further studies, worrying about my scholarship applications. I dare say that one of the few times I can honestly profess to be unburdened is when I'm leading worship. That's why I'm glad I was approached to join the ministry very early in my YE days.

This week:

Medical Transcriptionist Week

Reading Is Fun Week

Police Week
