Bought Elysia's Spirit Of The Sun, which is a rather religious New Age offering, but altogether somewhat unpalatable. Consider it one of my impulse selections that bombed, although I did check out an online review beforehand, which was actually what convinced me to get the CD. Oh well. Also picked up Nabokov's Pale Fire at Kinokuniya, as well as four books by Italo Calvino. Of the latter, I've read three already, but they were so good I'm re-reading them. Besides, the Vintage Classics edition looks very classy on the shelf. Guitar outing today was a bit stoned, but it was nice meeting up with Shaun again. It's impossible to be grumpy around that guy...
