Go Commando Day
2006-03-09 @ 11:37 p.m.

Failed as expected, so I spent a lot of time waiting because I only had to retake one station. Chris and Yong Xiang both passed their re-IPPT, so that's good for them. There were rumours circulating that we would have to stay back until the afternoon to clean rifles, but they turned out to be just that. Thank God for that, or else I'd have rushed like a madman to make it in time to Holland Village. Caught up with Eugene, Thong and Vaish over dinner and games at Settler's Café. I got a free membership because our bill was over $80! We were the first people at the place, in spite of everyone being late, except yours truly. Met Lynette there too, whom I haven't seen since I can't remember when. Probably since we entered our respective JCs? I vaguely recall going out with her, Chris Ho and Ji Nin once to catch a movie, and I think that was the last time I actually spoke to her. She's just started work there, I think, so maybe I'll bump into her again in the next few months. It's a really cool place to work at, as I'm sure those of you who've been there will agree!
