Skipped YE today because I still haven't finished with my Warwick interview. Was kind of looking forward to crashing a BS group, but oh well, sometimes things just don't go the way we plan them. Got my mum to get rid of the Prudential guy, who apparently got the point the moment she started talking to him. Something about having studied human psychology, so he figured if I was getting my mum to talk to him I wanted him to buzz off. As a friend told me last night, insurance people are used to rejection. I would have rescheduled out of courtesy, but my handphone was malfunctioning last night and his number wasn't captured in the log. Spent some time last night during dinner trying to call what turned out to be his office number, so I was feeling horribly guilty for planning to blow him off without warning. Now I'm trying to churn out my interview responses so that I can pack my stuff for booking in. I so wanted to take an MC, but I figured reporting sick in Tekong is more convenient. I want to fall out of my next two route marches! I'm playing CDs on the computer right now because there's no one else at home, and I realise that I miss singing very much. Damn. I really want to go to MDC, but I think it's quite impossible. Shaun got asked to go for an audition, so it'll be really cool if we both end up there. (Edit: Am skipping church altogether because I'm really stuck on some of the questions. I have a sneaking suspicion I'm really thinking too hard about what I want to say.)
