Woke up this morning and decided, heck, I'm not going to write that poem for the competition. Partly disinspired, partly lazy. Instead, I spent my precious time watching recorded AXN shows. I've also shaved my head again. People have been telling me I look better with cropped hair, but I'm still rather ambivalent about the whole shaven look. Very fuss-free, but also very boring after a while. I think after BMT, I'll grow my hair out longer than usual, and I'll just trim off the sideburns and the back. Have to go off in about two hours' time and I haven't packed at all. Just over a month to go! After which, hopefully I'll be someplace where I want to be. Warwick's shortlisted me for an interview, so that's a piece of good news before I book back into the dreary Tekong life. Now if I could just avoid ending up with screwed up people in my detail for our situational tests, life would be hunky-dory.
