Have been at the shooting range all day, but I've only just finished my night shoot. Live range is more about waiting than anything else really. Hopefully, we won't get back as late as yesterday, when I spent a few hours waiting for the entire company to get back from the range. Am slowly recovering, but I'll be on status until midway through field camp. That may turn out to be a blessing, as those on Day 1 status aren't allowed to participate in physical activities, so I probably won't do the 8-km route march on Friday! Now I'm just praying that I won't get guard duty for forgetting to return six weapon magazines earlier in the day. Just another of those brainless mistakes, except this time I committed it...
