My Ambient Generation CDs have arrived, and I think they're fantastic! Really dig the edgier sound of Passive Aggressive and the upbeat section of Icebreaker. Also bought Australis's Lifegiving, which is refusing to play on Audrey's discman. From the little that I've heard so far, the sound of Australis resembles a hybrid of Ambient Generation, Amethystium and Enigmatic Obsession. To put it simply, I like it. Orange Music clearly knows what it's doing. Went hunting for clothes, and came back with a Billabong t-shirt, a pair of jeans, a pair of cargo pants and a t-shirt from New World Order, and a pair of New Balance shoes. I also got myself a New World Order membership card, so I guess I'll be doing a lot of shopping there from now on. The designs are done locally, I think, and the prints on the jeans and cargo pants look kind of like what Billabong and Quiksilver do for their t-shirts. The prints on the New World Order t-shirts are a bit harder to describe. Go take a look for yourself at Junction 8! I'm damn tired now, not having had good sleep for around a week. So ciao.
