Pizza But No Anchovies Day/Happy Hour Day/The Birth Of Baha'ullah
2005-11-12 @ 10:15 p.m.

My musical palate is ridiculously easy to satisfy these days. At the moment, I'll listen to anything that contains the beat and percussion of D.A.I.'s New World. I bought Do The A-Side today, as well as stuff by F.I.R. that is so blatantly a marketing ploy, it's actually worth having. All the videos of F.I.R. for approximately $40, plus some non-album songs, including this new one that has Real providing the vocals rather than Faye. His singing is decent, but the song's boring! I'm almost done with The Return Of The Native, but I'm cheating and reading just the commentaries and Dan's quote thematiser. Same for Silas Marner, even though that's a really short novel in comparison. Just one more week, and it'll be over. The two remaining papers don't really count, by virtue of their being preceded by obscene amounts of time in which to study.
