Damn! Made three careless mistakes that could cost me as much as 20 marks. The stupidest thing is that I mentally reworked those solutions after the paper and I spotted all my mistakes. Freaking dumb! Now I need to score as near to 100 as possible for Paper 2, if only for my peace of mind. Behind schedule for Economics, by which I mean I haven't started! Part of the reason for my procrastination is that I've been trying to solve this particular question from last year's 'A' Level Paper 2. Liling has just informed me that Mr Tay said not to do that question, as apparently even Cambridge admitted it was a badly set question. Sigh. I always find out these things too late. Have I mentioned that one of my life ambitions is to become a singer? Yeah, it ranks right up there with novelist/poet/dramatist, although I'll settle for teaching at my alma mater. (What would you dream about if all your dreams came true? Is that question pointless?) You can have a lousy voice and there's AutoTune to help you out. (Did you know Robbie Williams uses AutoTune?) You can even look like an average Joe and make it big by hiding behind a cartoon character. (Can anyone say Ocean Au?) There you have it. My ambition for my post-NS life. (Then again, Taufik won Singapore Idol while he was still serving NS. Hmmm...)
