Chocolate Day/Frankenstein Friday/Statue Of Liberty Day

So pleased with myself. I've nearly memorised this piano piece, which is either from some computer game or anime. It just sounds nice, so that's why I play it. Actually, I first heard Rachel playing it and made her teach me the first few bars. Then I borrowed her score, neglected to photocopy it and returned it to her. Then I borrowed Hui Juan's score, and eventually photocopied it. Was reading the latest issue of Time, and there's an interesting article about new Plutinos and Trans-Neptunian objects. They've finally found an object bigger than Pluto, which has raised a storm of controversy over what exactly qualifies an object as a planet. Wikipedia is very good on the subject, all the information being consolidated in not a few easily navigated pages. Much more convenient than trawling the Internet looking for consolidated information on the subject, which I used to do a few years ago. Random fact: Jupiter has the most natural satellites in the solar system, 63 at last count. Conrad and I used to play this game where we would take turns naming moons, and we were pretty evenly matched if I recall correctly. The new moons have bizarre names, especially Saturn. By the way, element 111 has been synthesised, and the name roentgenium has been proposed. One day, when I've got time to spare, I want to do a course in chemistry. For an interesting site, visually speaking, on elements, go here.
