Electricity Day/Change Your Life Day/Look Back On Your Life Day/Pumpkin Show (Ohio)

How interesting. Just did some test at BBC, identifying genuine and fake smiles. Got 14 out of 20 correct, and I was right about the eyes being what distinguish between genuine and fake smiles. Anyway, in tenuous connection with my post yesterday about the Romance languages being the most beautiful, let me recommend a visit toEthnologue. Almost certainly useless to 'A' Level students unless they happen to be doing a GP question that concerns language and they need some statistics. Nonetheless, worth a look. I have an enduring fascination with lists, which also extends to things like subway maps. I'm probably one of the few people who are really bothered by the missing MRT station numbers, like NS12. Did two Mathematics papers today, so I feel somewhat accomplished. Trying to read S.J. Lee on the origins of the French Revolution, but not succeeding very well. I hope there's food at the MFA meeting tomorrow! I'm going to school because I don't want to go to the MFA by myself. These days, I find going anywhere alone a dreary prospect, unless it's going home.
