Pumpkin Day/All Angels Day/Coffee Day
2005-09-29 @ 7:44 p.m.

I have become a sudoku aficionado overnight. Literally. Got back all my papers for the 'A' Level subjects today, and I got the As that I really wanted for English and Mathematics. Scraped through for English, which was somewhat of a surprise. Hadn't expected Paper 8 to be so decent actually. C for History and D for Economics, which is what I got for the last Common Test, if my memory serves me correctly. Today, we all realised how freaking good our class is at passing examinations. Half of us have two As or more, which is very scary. Congratulations to whoever's happy with their results, and my sympathies to those on the other side of the fence. I am doing AJC's Mathematics Paper 1, for want of something to occupy my time. (There are only so many sudokus one can do at one go, although Mr Sowden might disagree!) I'm stuck at Q4, although it's probably some blindingly obvious error that's slipped in. Mathematics is so unforgiving. Quite like people sometimes, don't you think so?
